Delete Your Account and Data

At Space Taxi, we respect your privacy and are committed to making it easy for you to manage your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated data:

  1. Log in to your account on the Space Taxi Ride app.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings section.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Please review the information carefully before proceeding.
  5. After confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion

Once your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Personal Information (e.g., name, email address, phone number)
  • Account Details (e.g., username, profile info)
  • Messages and Transaction History (e.g., conversations, activity logs)

Data Retention Policy

Certain data such as ride and transaction history may be retained for legal, accounting, or security reasons as required by applicable law. This may include:

  • Transaction records (retained for3 years)
  • Customer service communications (3 years)

After the applicable retention period, any retained data will also be permanently deleted.

Request Account Deletion via Email

Alternatively, you can request your account to be deleted by contacting our support team at customercare@spacetaxi.ca  with the subject "Delete My Account". Please include your account details for verification.
